Job Description

McBride Sport is delighted to be partnering with one of the UK's leading sports, entertainment, and leisure organisations to appoint a Marketing Manager. The group operates a portfolio of high-profile venues across the country. Each one stages live sporting action throughout the year alongside a busy calendar of concerts, conferences, hospitality, and private events.

This is a chance to take the lead on marketing across a number of venues in the South and South-East. You'll shape and deliver the marketing vision, creating bold, revenue-generating campaigns that make a real commercial impact. That means driving ticket sales, hospitality and corporate bookings, and income from non-event-day activity, while raising the

profile

of every venue in the region. Day to day, you'll turn central and local strategy into campaigns that perform. You'll plan and book media, brief internal designers from concept through to delivery, and create engaging written, video and photo content for websites, email and social channels.

You'll also work with the group's SEO and social media specialists to optimise digital performance, manage online reputation and customer feedback, and use campaign analysis to keep improving results. You'll line-manage the regional marketing team and own the regional budget, so a blend of creative thinking and sharp commercial focus is essential. What we're looking for: * A strong B2C background, ideally within leisure, hospitality, sport or live events * Hands-on experience across on- and offline campaigns, social media, CRM and CMS platforms * At least four years' experience in a similar marketing role, with line management and budget responsibility * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the organisation to deliver under pressureYou'll be a creative, results-driven self-starter who enjoys the pace of a live events environment.

Previous experience in the events or leisure (B2C) industry, and a marketing qualification would be an advantage. If you're ready to make your mark in an exciting and fast-moving industry, we'd love to hear from you
