What You Will Do

• Build and manage long-term marketing relationships with key customers, becoming the primary marketing contact for assigned accounts.
• Own and evolve co-branding strategy, delivering initiatives such as case studies, product launches, joint PR/editorial opportunities, and digital campaigns.
• Embed the company's technologies into customer marketing strategies, supporting messaging, assets, and technical positioning while staying aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the exhibition and events programme, including planning, logistics, materials, on-site execution, and performance tracking (leads, engagement, and ROI).
• Collaborate closely with sales and the Global Marketing Director to align customer engagement activity with commercial priorities and revenue growth.
• Gather and share market and customer intelligence to identify new sectors, applications, and partnership opportunities.

What You Will Bring

• Strong experience in customer-facing marketing, account management, or partnership roles, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver co-marketing or partnership initiatives, from opportunity identification through to execution.
• Clear commercial awareness, linking marketing activity to business results and customer value.
• Confidence communicating and presenting to a range of stakeholders, with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating events or exhibitions, with a structured approach to project management and delivery.
