Job Description

Help energy, biotech and AI companies tell their story to the world, with your mornings, evenings and weekends free to enjoy Bali.

4–6 months

  • 25-hour week, 11 AM–5 PM
  • lunch Monday to Friday
  • unpaid
  • next start: 1 November 2026 (we hire on a rolling basis, later starts are possible)

What you will do

Work on marketing across the whole group, not for just one company. You'll help plan and run campaigns, write copy, manage social channels, support website and email content, and track what works. Because you support all of our portfolio companies, you'll learn how to explain very different products to very different audiences. These are real projects, not exercises.

Who we are

Thirty years building companies across New York, London, and Tokyo, now operating from a 4,000 sqm campus in Canggu. $150M+ raised and deployed across energy, bioproduction, and AI infrastructure. As a Marketing intern, you work across the whole group rather than on one project, and support all of our companies:

  • Zero-X: thermochemical conversion and distributed energy, 200+ systems live across 11 countries
  • Seraph Group: decentralized bioproduction combining AI, robotics, and synthetic biology
  • Gemino AI: safe reinforcement learning for industrial control, plus Project Maya, a wearable AI platform

What you will leave with

  • A portfolio of real campaigns and content across several industries
  • An internship certificate
  • Full support with university requirements: we handle the paperwork and join meetings with your university
  • An international community of interns and engineers
  • A path to a full-time role across the group for strong interns

What it costs

This internship is unpaid. Indonesian visa rules for internships require it, so we can't offer stipends or scholarships. You cover your own flights, visa, and living costs. Lunch is on us Monday to Friday, and rooms on campus are available at competitive rates. Living in Bali typically costs about €500–1,000 per month, depending on your lifestyle.

Who you are

  • Studying, or recently graduated in, marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Some marketing experience from coursework, a student society, social media, a personal project, or an earlier internship
  • Strong written English, and curious, reliable, and ready to work on-site in Bali for 4–6 months

You don't need agency experience. If you like writing, ideas, and finding out what gets people's attention, apply. This internship can count toward a university requirement.

How to apply

Apply directly on LinkedIn, or email your CV to academy@exventure.co. If you have a campaign, a piece of copy, or a social account you run and are proud of, add it, but it's optional. We reply within 3–5 days.

Fully on-site in Bali. No remote or hybrid option.
