About Radical Motorsport

Radical Motorsport manufactures the world’s best-selling purpose-built race cars and brings together a global community of drivers, teams and dealers.

With customers and championships spanning the globe, Radical supports everyone from first-time track drivers to experienced racers competing at some of the world’s most prestigious circuits.

This is an especially exciting time to join. In 2027, Radical celebrates its 30th anniversary, with an ambitious programme of brand, product, motorsport and customer activity planned as it enters its fourth decade.

For someone looking to build a career in the automotive or motorsport industry, working at Radical offers genuine exposure to a global motorsport business. You’ll work across international racing championships, product campaigns, events, dealer marketing, customer experiences and digital platforms, with opportunities to see your work come to life both in the UK and around the world.

The role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to join our global marketing team.

This is a broad, hands-on position covering the Radical brand, products, international dealer network, racing championships, events and digital channels. Day-to-day content creation, social media and communications will be the core focus, alongside supporting wider marketing campaigns and projects.

You could be creating content from a race weekend one week, supporting an international dealer campaign the next, helping deliver a launch or event, or contributing to the development and launch of a new global digital platform for Radical owners, drivers and the wider community.

The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering Radical's day-to-day marketing and communications activity while supporting larger campaigns and projects led by the Head of Global Marketing.

This role is ideally suited to someone with some existing experience and strong foundations, but just as importantly, someone with significant potential who is naturally curious, creative, organised and willing to get stuck in.

Key responsibilities

Content and social media

  • Create, schedule and publish content across Radical’s global brand and owned Radical Cup social channels.
  • Capture mobile-first photography, video and short-form content at races, events, the factory and beyond.
  • Identify stories from across the business and global community.
  • Support the global marketing content calendar.

Motorsport communications

  • Support marketing and communications across Radical’s international racing programmes including esports and sim racing.
  • Produce race previews, reports, social content and website updates.
  • Work with organisers, teams and content suppliers to share stories from the global racing community.
  • Provide on-site marketing and content support at selected race weekends.

Dealer and market support

  • Provide day-to-day marketing support to the international dealer network.
  • Coordinate and distribute marketing assets, campaign materials and toolkits.
  • Help dealers and Cup organisers make the most of their content and activity.
  • Identify local stories to share through Radical’s global channels.
  • Maintain regular marketing communication with the international network.

Brand, product and digital marketing

  • Support brand and product campaigns.
  • Assist with product launches, content shoots and customer activities.
  • Support the development, launch and marketing of Radical’s digital customer platforms.
  • Maintain content across websites, email and other owned digital channels.
  • Help ensure consistent, high-quality brand presentation across customer touchpoints.

Events

  • Support events, exhibitions, media activity and customer experiences.
  • Coordinate partners, suppliers, content, branding and event materials.
  • Attend selected UK and international events with the marketing team.

Marketing operations

  • Maintain central marketing assets, photography and video resources.
  • Support CRM activity and campaign and channel reporting.
  • Manage projects and deadlines across the international marketing programme.
  • Work closely with colleagues across sales, motorsport, engineering and aftersales.

About you

We are looking for someone with strong foundations and significant potential rather than a specialist who has already done every aspect of the role. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, content or a similar role.
  • Strong written English and the ability to produce clear, engaging copy.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferable but not essential.
  • A good understanding of social media and digital content.
  • Confidence creating basic photography and video content, with an appetite to develop those skills further.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility for getting things done.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with colleagues, suppliers and partners around the world.
  • An appetite to build a broad marketing and communications skillset.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS platforms, email marketing software or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential.

Previous automotive or motorsport experience is not required. An interest in the sector would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in someone who sees Radical as an opportunity to build a career within the industry and is motivated to understand our products, customers and global racing community.

Additional requirements

The global nature of Radical Motorsport means the position will involve attendance at selected race weekends and events, including some weekend and overseas working.

Package & Benefits

  • £30-33k annual salary
  • Full time, Permanent Contract
  • 33 days holiday per year, inclusive of Bank Holidays
  • Company Pension Scheme – Matching up to 4% of contributions
  • Death in Service Insurance – Paying 3x salary to nominated beneficiaries
  • Enhanced Company Sick Pay scheme

All applicants must have indefinite right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
