We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Communications & Campaigns Executive to join a growing business with an established portfolio of brands. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, working across multiple channels, and seeing ideas through from concept to delivery.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider commercial teams, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns, supporting product launches, and creating marketing materials that drive results.

What you'll be doing

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinating activity across email, SMS, website, print, sales communications and other touchpoints.
• Managing projects and campaigns to agreed deadlines.
• Supporting new product launches with compelling messaging and promotional materials.
• Creating and executing email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, automation, testing and reporting.
• Producing sales support materials including brochures, presentations, product sheets and merchandising assets.

Essential experience

• Previous experience in a broad marketing role.
• Hands-on campaign management across digital and offline channels.
• Email marketing experience including audience segmentation and automated journeys.
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Excellent organisation and project management abilities.
• Experience working with agencies and external suppliers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
