Job Summary
As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Harvest Intercontinental Church–Olney, you’ll help people know what’s happening, why it matters, and how to take their next step.
You’ll coordinate church-wide communications and marketing across email, text messaging, social media, the website, digital platforms, print, and event promotion. You’ll work closely with the Media Director, Graphic Designer, Production Manager, ministry leaders, and volunteers to turn ministry updates, stories, and opportunities into clear, engaging communications.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creativity and organization. You may spend one part of your day developing a campaign for an upcoming event and another writing an email, coordinating a social media post, updating the website, or helping capture a testimony.
Your impact: You’ll help Harvest communicate more clearly, reach new people more intentionally, strengthen engagement with members and guests, and tell meaningful stories from a multicultural church community with local and global reach.
Responsibilities

- Help identify, collect, organize, and share testimonies, ministry stories, event highlights, and other content that reflects what God is doing through Harvest.
- Review email, social media, website, and campaign performance and recommend practical improvements.
- Help maintain consistent messaging, brand standards, terminology, and calls to action across communication channels.
- Coordinate incoming communications requests from ministries and departments, clarify missing information, establish appropriate timelines, and help prioritize requests based on church-wide priorities.
