Marketing Campaign Manager
We’re building a new strategic marketing function within our marketing team with the ambition to be excellent at marketing our full range of high-quality products. You will play a crucial role in developing this new function, supporting growth within the business, and getting our products in front of our customers.
This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys marketing, and likes to understand products, customers, and the best channels to reach them. You have an opportunity to think creatively about building effective campaigns and take real ownership of them.
As Campaign Manager, you turn our product launches, go-to-market plans, and brand-raising priorities into campaigns that reach the right audiences and deliver measurable results - across Integral Memory, Integral LED, and our Integral brand. You’ll own each campaign through its full life from planning, to going live, to the results afterwards - and you’ll use what the data tells you to make the next one better.
You will sit within the strategic marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Director, the Product Marketing Manager, and Marketing Operations. You will brief and draw on the production team for assets, and partner with sales and product managers to ensure products and customers are understood so every campaign lands with the audience it was built for.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run end-to-end marketing campaigns across all three brands (Integral Memory, Integral LED, and Integral), bringing product launches, go-to-market plans, and strategic priorities to life in market.
- Deliver brand- and knowledge-raising campaigns - thought leadership, education, and awareness activity - that build our reputation and reinforce a single, consistent brand backbone, always within our brand guidelines, as part of the team’s shared ownership of brand.
- Build campaign plans with clear objectives, audiences, channels, timelines, and success measures, agreed up front with the Marketing Director.
- Coordinate the people and assets each campaign needs - briefing the production team, working with the Product Marketing Manager on audience and message, and keeping everyone aligned to the plan and the deadline.
- Take campaigns live across the right mix of channels, including email, web, paid, social, e-commerce, and exhibitions, applying channel best practice to each.
- Work to a campaign calendar that supports product launches, seasonal trade activity (such as the LED lighting season and education and sports lighting cycles), and ongoing demand generation.
- Track campaign performance against agreed measures, report clearly on results, and translate the numbers into practical recommendations.
- Review and improve each campaign, using what the data shows to raise the return on the next one, working alongside Marketing Operations on data, tooling, and measurement.
- Ensure campaigns are accurately tracked so results can be attributed and the marketing contribution to the business is visible.
- Build and run campaigns hands-on within our martech stack - setting up automation, workflows, audience segmentation, and tracking so campaigns execute reliably and results are captured at source.
- Give Integral Memory a dedicated, protected share of campaign activity, alongside Integral LED, so it receives consistent marketing focus.
- Collaborate with sales and product managers to align campaigns to live revenue opportunities and real customer needs.
- Work within our agreed ways of working, which separate strategic campaign work from rapid production requests, so the team’s effort stays on the priorities that grow the business, and contribute to how the new function is set up and improved.
- Use AI tools confidently and responsibly to accelerate campaign planning, drafting, and analysis, always reviewing and verifying the output before it is used.
