Position Overview

Are you a people person with a passion for helping homeowners? We’re looking for a Marketing Representative with prior canvassing or face-to-face outreach experience (6 months to 1 year preferred) to join our expanding team. • $17/hour + commissions + performance bonuses
• Earning potential: $900–$1,500 per week

Responsibilities

• Canvass designated residential neighborhoods to offer free roofing inspections
• Demonstrate product knowledge and clearly communicate service offerings
• Set appointments for roofing specialists to perform in-home assessments
• Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
• Collaborate with your team and contribute to a fun, goal-driven environment
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of prior canvassing, direct marketing, or sales experience required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable engaging with homeowners in person
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time hours
• Ability to commute or relocate to Lanham, MD 20706 preferred
