Marketing Assistant (immediate and local)

Xyken LLC DBA SnugFit Solutions is a leader in mobile 3D imaging. We are located in McLean, VA. we provide customized and personalized solutions for our global clients in the area of orthotics and prosthetics (O&P). We have a fast-growing number of clinic practitioners worldwide using the 3D body scanner app or SnugFit O&P 3D Scanner app or the SnugFit SDK for orthotics and prosthetics applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time and ON-SITE Marketing Assistant role located in McLean, VA. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as online marketing, market research, email communicating with customers, developing marketing strategies, and creating marketing materials. This position works directly with the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute social media marketing campaigns for SnugFit Solutions by creating and managing engaging content to grow online communities. Our clients are internationally distributed and for the Orthotics and Prosthetics community.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging high quality social media content (LinkedIn posts, publications, etc)
• Have strong written skills to know how to translate clients' vision into engaging captions.
• Schedule posts on all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Assist in the creation and implementation of monthly content schedule
• Actively discover and curate engaging online content to share with our communities
• Strengthen and grow online communities by actively engaging target audiences
• Create monthly analytics reports to track social media results and progress
• Regularly research latest marketing trends and find best ways to promote brandsActively search and contacting potential clients

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly, demonstrates initiative, adapt / adjust to shifting priorities, and becoming the best
• Experience with social media and other digital marketing platforms such as Linkedin and Facebook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop a detailed and professional marketing plan
• Experience with Adobe Suites
• Understanding of our target audience and how to use social media to reach them Ability to collaborate successfully in a team setting
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Desire to come up with new ideas on how to grow online presence of department
• Endless creativity, enthusiasm and the impatient desire to blow peoples’ minds
