About The Spiggle Law Firm

We are one of the fastest-growing employment and labor law firms in the DMV area. Over the past couple of years, we’ve expanded beyond our Alexandria, Virginia headquarters, opening an office in Annapolis, Maryland last year and a new location in Richmond, Virginia this year. We have plans to expand into states like California, New York, and Texas as we continue growing.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an entry-level marketing assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience while supporting a busy and expanding law firm. You’ll work closely with the marketing team on content creation, campaigns, social media, events, and more.

No previous legal or marketing experience is required. There is on-the-job training for everything you’ll do, and you’ll be fully supported every step of the way. We want you to grow with us, and we offer regular annual reviews (and sometimes mid-year raises) based on performance and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns
  • Help produce marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and video content
  • Support event coordination for webinars, conferences, and local outreach
  • Write and edit content for social media, newsletters, websites, and email campaigns
  • Help gather data and prepare basic reports to monitor campaign performance
  • Provide administrative and project support for various marketing activities

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable using basic computer tools and willing to learn new platforms
  • Familiarity with social media or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications is a bonus—not a requirement
  • 1+ years of any marketing or administrative experience is helpful, but not required

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Travel covered for quarterly in-person meetings or special events

If you’re ready to start your marketing career and want to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Application Deadline: September 30, 2025
