Marketing Apprentice

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join a growing technology business, gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing activities and develop their skills while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You will complete a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, delivered by Baltic, gaining practical on-the-job experience alongside structured training and support.

A Typical Day in the Job

• Support the creation and delivery of marketing plans across the business.
• Update and manage WordPress websites, including adding blogs, videos and other content.
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs and newsletters, including suitable images and graphics.
• Manage social media channels and content calendars for different business areas.
• Create and send email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Growably, HighLevel, MSP Marketing Edge, Tech Tribe and MSP Camp.
• Create and update marketing materials, including posters, leaflets, signage, business cards and other promotional literature.
• Support the planning and running of exhibitions, events and other marketing activities, both internally and externally.
• Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
