HELP BUILD A BRAND PEOPLE WANT TO BE PART OF.

A great drink gets people talking. A great brand gives them something to be part of.

Beesou is an award-winning, B Corp-certified British bitter honey aperitif that brings together premium drinks, hospitality, culture, and lifestyle. We’re entering an exciting growth phase across the UK and selected international markets, and we’re looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to help shape what comes next.

Someone who can spot a story, bring the right people together and turn a good idea into an experience people remember.

WHY THIS ROLE

You’ll join a small, ambitious team at a stage when your work can genuinely shape the brand. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll work closely with our founder, commercial and advocacy teams, with direct access to the people making decisions and room to grow as Beesou does.

This role offers both creative scope and practical responsibility. You’ll help shape the plan, pitch the story, brief the creative and bring the event to life. Great ideas matter here. So does making them happen.

WHAT YOU’LL MAKE HAPPEN

  • Build a connected marketing and PR calendar across campaigns, press, partnerships, events, retail and key commercial moments.
  • Get Beesou into the right conversations. Build media relationships and pitch compelling stories across drinks, hospitality, food, lifestyle, luxury and sustainability, reaching both trade and consumer audiences.
  • Create experiences worth talking about, from press and creator tastings to menu takeovers, cultural collaborations and honey-led experiences. Support our advocacy programme, turning bartender activity into stories, content and useful trade tools.
  • Keep our storytelling and creative work connected. Write engaging copy, brief photographers, filmmakers and designers, and manage our social agency relationship through clear briefs, coordinated shoots and timely approvals.
  • Help the brand travel well. Support international distributors and launch markets with adaptable toolkits, content and consistent brand communications.
  • Make the detail count. Manage budgets, suppliers and timelines, track results and use what you learn to improve the next campaign, event or partnership.

You won’t be expected to run the social channels yourself. Our specialist agency leads day-to-day social strategy, content production, publishing, community management and paid social. You’ll be the in-house connection, ensuring that work supports the wider Beesou story and commercial priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You’ll probably have around 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, communications or brand, gained in-house or at an agency. This could be your first broad manager role, or your next step towards greater ownership.

We’re looking for

  • Strong writing and practical media relations experience, with the ability to find an angle and make it relevant to different audiences.
  • Experience taking campaigns, events or partnerships from idea to delivery, and confidence briefing agencies and creative partners.
  • Organisation, sound judgement and commercial awareness. You can manage several moving parts and make focused budgets work hard.
  • A feel for premium brands and a genuine curiosity about hospitality, food, culture and the experiences people choose to be part of.

Drinks experience is helpful, not essential. Your background could be in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, travel, retail, food or hospitality. A degree is not a requirement. Your work, judgement and potential matter more.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

The role includes UK travel, occasional international travel and some evening and weekend events, with appropriate flexibility. There are no direct reports initially; you’ll manage agencies, freelancers and project partners. You’ll need the right to work in the United Kingdom.

READY TO MAKE YOUR MARK?

Apply with your CV and a short note telling us why Beesou and this role interest you. Include examples or links to work you’re proud of, whether that’s a campaign, media coverage, an event or a partnership. Tell us what you made happen.

Beesou welcomes applications from all suitably qualified candidates. We make decisions based on skills, experience and potential.

Beesou. Kissed by Honey.
