Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative marketing and PR campaigns that drive awareness, engage customers, and boost traffic. Build relationships with local media across print, digital, broadcast, and radio.
- Business Development: Cultivate partnerships with schools, organizations, influencers, and local businesses to enhance our community presence and create new revenue streams.
- Content Creation: Design engaging content including photos, videos, and graphics for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Campaigns & Events: Plan, manage, and execute promotions, events, and community activations from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and impactful outcomes.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media accounts, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns to expand reach and foster customer loyalty.
- Market Research: Monitor local trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and present insights to guide future marketing and business development efforts.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints to maintain a clear and strong identity for Fresh Healthy Café.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and external partners to align marketing and business development initiatives with overall growth goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and analytics; graphic design skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with a passion for building innovative campaigns that drive results.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and apply insights effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to support evening and weekend events as needed.
