Manager Market & Customer Activation

About this PositionJoin our North Marketing Team and help drive growth across the UK & Ireland market. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering marketing and customer activation activities that enhance brand visibility, support commercial objectives, and create meaningful customer engagement. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, you'll bring marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, PR activities, and sales enablement programs to life while supporting key business priorities.

What you´ll do

• Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing and customer activation plans aligned with business priorities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, channel marketing initiatives, events, trade fairs, webinars, and digital marketing activities.
• Support sales, distributor, and channel development through marketing programs, content, promotional activities, and sales tools.
• Collaborate with distributors and channel partners on joint marketing activities to support business growth and demand generation.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, channel developments, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to support marketing priorities and business decisions.
