Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Angular, along with experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot. The candidate will work across front-end and back-end development, support automation testing, and contribute to AWS-based application development.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, mentoring developers, and providing technical direction to help shape the team's frameworks and development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development using Java and Angular.
• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application components.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve development productivity.
• Support application development and deployment in AWS environments.
• Assist with automation testing and ensure code quality.
• Mentor mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to framework design, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• Strong Java development experience.
• Strong Angular development experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience supporting automation testing.
• Strong full-stack development knowledge and technical leadership skills.
• Minimum 7+ years of software development experience.

Nice to Have

• SQL and database experience.
• Experience supporting migrated applications or existing CI/CD-based projects.
