Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and modern web technologies.

Build and enhance front-end experiences that interact with Gen AI and agent-based systems.

Work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to deliver new capabilities.

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Support cloud-native development and engineering best practices.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction.

Mentor and guide other engineers within the team.

Drive high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong Experience developing modern UI applications.

Advanced TypeScript expertise.

Experience with React and contemporary front-end frameworks.

Full-stack development Experience.

DevOps Experience,particularly

o CI/CD pipelines

o Build automation

o Release management

o Cloud deployments

Experience working in Agile engineering environments.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Desirable Skills

Experience with GCP.

Experience building AI-enabled applications.

Familiarity with MCP, agentic architectures, or AI orchestration frameworks.

Understanding of prompt engineering concepts.

Financial services Experience.
