Playbook Direct is recruiting Junior Sales & Marketing Executives for our Leadership Track.

You'll begin with hands on experience in customer engagement and sales while developing the skills needed to progress into team support, training and leadership.

What you'll be doing

You'll learn the fundamentals of

• Customer engagement
• Sales and customer acquisition
• Brand representation
• Campaign delivery
• Communication
• Performance management

You'll work directly with customers and receive regular training and coaching.

As you develop, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibility in areas such as:

Who we're looking for

You don't need previous management experience.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment or customer service is welcome.
