Junior Sales Account Representative
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Sales Account Representative to join our growing sales team. This is an in-person, customer-facing role focused on new customer acquisition, sales, account setup, and creating a positive customer experience.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and the tools you need to build your skills and succeed in the role.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective and existing customers in person
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Explain product features, pricing, and service options clearly and accurately
- Guide new customers through the sales and account setup process
- Build positive customer relationships through professional, reliable service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work alongside the sales team to meet individual and team performance goals
- Develop skills in sales, customer engagement, account acquisition, and business development
