About the Rol
eOur mortgage client is seeking Junior/Mid-Level Java Developers to join a fast-moving development team in McLean, VA. This role is primarily focused on backend development using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, supporting application enhancements, bug fixes, maintenance, production support, and rapid development initiatives
.The ideal candidate will have strong core Java development skills and be comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code to accelerate development while maintaining code quality and reliability

- s.Perform day-to-day development, application enhancements, bug fixes, and maintenanc

- s.Work with cloud-based applications and development environment
