Experience 8+ years (with at least 4+ years in a technical lead role) Role Type Technical Leadership / Hands-on Development Delivery Model Agile Development Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications built on Java and Spring Boot, with strong API-led integration using MuleSoft. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership - guiding a team of developers, enforcing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring adherence to architecture, design, and coding standards. Design and develop scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture. Architect and implement API-led integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft (Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, DataWeave). Provide hands-on development support and technical direction throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve roadblocks, and provide innovative solutions. Required Skills Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development. Hands-on experience designing and building integrations using MuleSoft (Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, API-led connectivity, connectors). Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API gateways, and event-driven design. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and query optimization. Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and DevOps practices. Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
