Lead IT strategy, due diligence, risk assessment, and execution across multiple concurrent acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, carveouts, and divestitures
Develop and execute IT integration or separation strategies aligned to transaction objectives, business priorities, risk profile, and value creation goals
Drive sign-to-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close stabilization, and value realization
Guide business and technology strategy and executive decision-making across applications, data, commercial, ERP, manufacturing, quality, operations and supply chain, R&D, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains
Serve as a trusted advisor to Corporate Development, business leaders, and senior IT executives
Identify risks, drive accountability, resolve business and technology decisions, and influence transaction outcomes
Lead executive governance, steering committees, global matrixed teams, and strategic partners
Build and continuously improve the IT M&A execution system, including playbooks, governance, deal data models, operating models, and execution tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree
7+ years of managerial experience
Experience leading technology due diligence, integration, or separation activities for acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, carveouts, or divestitures
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and influencing decisions with Corporate Development, business leaders, corporate functions, and senior IT executives
Experience evaluating and transforming business processes, operating models, and technology capabilities to support transaction objectives, business outcomes, and value creation goals
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment for roles below Principal level
