We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a range of care homes, nursing homes and healthcare services across Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Postwick, Cringleford, Wroxham, Dereham and Diss.

Your responsibilities

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to residents and service users. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living
• Supporting mobility and wellbeing
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Working alongside nurses and healthcare teams
• Helping create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment

Requirements

To apply for our Healthcare Assistant roles in Norwich and the surrounding area, you must have:

• A minimum of 6 months' paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals
• A passion for delivering high-quality care
• The right to work in the UK
• A driving licence is preferred but not essential
