WANT TO BUILD THE MARKETING ENGINE FOR A GROWING CREATIVE AGENCY?

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to join 3 Heads Agency and take ownership of how we market the business.

This is a brand new role. We’re developing a clearer marketing strategy and we now need someone who can turn it into action.

You’ll report directly to our Managing Director, Roy Testa, but you’ll work closely with our Founder Ross Testa to understand what’s happening across the agency and make sure we’re telling those stories properly.

You’ll own our social channels, website, CRM, inbound marketing, lead generation, outbound campaigns and events. The website, CRM and lead-generation engine will be yours to run and improve, creating a consistent flow of opportunities for the business.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Delivering the 3 Heads Agency marketing plan
• Managing company social media channels
• Owning inbound marketing and lead generation
• Owning the website and keeping it current, effective and optimised for conversion
• Finding and communicating great client stories
• Organising events, webinars and agency activity
• Identifying relevant industry events and sponsorship opportunities
• Developing targeted campaigns for sectors we want to grow
• Owning the CRM, outbound campaigns and lead follow-up process
• Managing a defined marketing budget
• Working with senior leaders across the business
• Tracking performance and improving what we do

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll already have strong marketing experience and you’ll be comfortable operating in a digital-first environment.

You’ll understand social, content, websites, CRM, inbound marketing, lead generation, outbound campaigns and events. You’ll know that marketing must create visibility, credibility and measurable commercial opportunities.

You’ll also be proactive: spotting strong client stories, identifying how to reach target sectors and making sure 3 Heads is present in the right places.
