Job Description

We are seeking an AI-first Growth Marketing Lead to own our end-to-end funnel, personalization layer, and experimentation engine. You will build from scratch, designing customer journeys from first touch to repeat purchase. This is a builder’s role where you ship landing pages and automations yourself, using AI tools to move with extreme speed.

What You Will Do

• Design and execute an AI-driven personalization strategy across CRM, lifecycle, and on-site experiences to boost lifetime value.
• Establish a rigorous experimentation engine, building and testing hypotheses weekly to validate new markets and conversion tactics.
• Build internal tools, landing pages, and prototypes using no-code and AI-coding assistants to ship features independently.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of driving conversion and retention within a scaling DTC or eCommerce environment.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools like Klaviyo and a deep understanding of behavioral segmentation.
• A builder’s mindset with proficiency in AI tools such as Cursor and Claude to accelerate delivery.
