- Design and develop scalable responsive web applications using React and NET Core.
- Implement robust backend services and APIs.

- Write clean maintainable and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
- Ensure high performance responsiveness and usability across devices and browsers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and NET Core development.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues to optimize performance and reliability
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead development initiatives within the NETReactJs skill cluster family
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on React and NET Core best practices
- Drive adoption of architecture patterns and software development principles for scalable solutions
- Collaborate closely with backend DevOps and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
- Ensure adherence to security compliance standards and best practices in application development
- Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate new technologies to enhance the technology stack
