The mission is to build AI teammates that work alongside finance teams, automating complex workflows and transforming how financial organisations operate

• Build and ship AI-powered products used by global enterprise customers
• Work across the full stack, from frontend and backend to infrastructure and AI systems
• Own features end-to-end and influence architecture, engineering standards and product direction

🧠 What they’re looking for

• 4+ years of strong software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Python and TypeScript
• Experience building products at AI startups or high-growth technology companies
• Strong product mindset with a bias towards ownership and execution
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly
