Essential Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with TS/SCI clearance or eligibility for clearance.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in Python or Golang development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and shell scripting.
  • Proficient with Docker and container orchestration tools (Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
  • Solid software development experience in Python or Golang.
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Experience in an Agile Scrum development team.
  • Database experience with PostgreSQL or similar, along with familiarity with networking protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTPS, TLS).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI and Counter-Intelligence Polygraph clearance.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience in deploying solutions on AWS.
  • Familiarity with system monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack).
  • Ability to support full-stack solutions including RESTful APIs and Angular-based web UI; Linux system administration skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot issues with the deployed application.
  • Assist in onboarding and managing new users.
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new data sources and technologies to align with program requirements.
  • Act as a primary contact for current and future data sources and technical partners.
  • Organize technical meetings to gather and catalog relevant data information while understanding security and access protocols.

Educational Requirements

  • A BS/MS in a technical degree field is required, along with a minimum of four years of directly related experience.
  • Alternatively, 10 years of directly related experience may substitute for a degree.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
  • Advanced scripting skills (Bash, Python/Golang).
  • Experience with container build tools (Docker, Buildah).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Helm).
  • Experience in delivering solutions on AWS/Azure.
  • Knowledge of system monitoring, introspection, and visualization technologies (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK stack).
  • Experience with GitLab CI.
  • Understanding of networking protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTPS, TLS) with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.

Pay Range

$107,900.00 - $195,050.00. The pay range is a general guideline and will be refined based on various factors, including job responsibilities, education, and experience.
