This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience and licensure. Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for

• Conducting comprehensive clinical intakes to assess client needs and establish baseline treatment plans.
• Facilitating clinical psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual clients.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards on a daily basis.
• Staying up to date with licensing requirements and ensuring you fulfill them consistently.
• Participating in quarterly team staff meetings to discuss case management and foster collaboration with peers.
• Attending weekly supervision sessions aimed at enhancing your skills and addressing any case-related challenges.
• Communicating effectively with support staff to ensure seamless business operations.
• Contributing positively to the team dynamic, promoting a motivating and energetic work atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is ideal for mental health professionals with experience working with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals aged 9 through adulthood. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a related credential is required.
• Proven ability to maintain appropriate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, focusing on therapeutic and preventative approaches.
