Our client is growing their Nottingham team and is looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join them as Entry Level Marketing and Sales Assistants.

You'll work face-to-face with customers across local communities, representing well-known brands and campaigns while developing real-world marketing, sales, and customer engagement skills.

No experience? No problem. Full training is provided from day one.

THE ROLE

As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers through face-to-face conversations
• Introducing customers to products, services, and campaigns
• Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
• Delivering engaging and professional sales presentations
• Guiding customers through the sales or sign-up process
• Working towards personal and team-based targets
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Representing campaigns and brands professionally within residential communities and local areas
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions
