Employer Services Specialist

Supporting the growth and retention of members, the full-time temporary Employer Services Specialist will provide high-quality service to employers, consultants, brokers, and internal teams while independently resolving complex inquiries and service issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from customers, employers, consultants, and brokers via telephone and email
• Research and resolve complex and escalated service issues, aiming for one-contact resolution
• Analyze trends in employer concerns and develop recommendations to improve service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum six years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or related environments
• Experience in customer service with a focus on resolving complex inquiries
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service quality
