Responsibilities
- Collaborate with co-teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored for early learners.
- Implement accommodations and modifications to ensure all students participate fully.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages social interaction.
- Support students with disabilities in participating in the general curriculum.
- Maintain documentation and communicate progress with families and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois early childhood teaching certification or license.
- Experience working in inclusive classrooms or with students with disabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education and support staff.
- Strong understanding of developmental and educational needs of young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
