About the role

we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Lead with hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform experience. You will design, build, customise and support enterprise CRM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and solution architects. At Lead level you will also own technical design, review code and mentor other developers.

What you will do

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Build and maintain plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript customisations and Web APIs
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules and security roles
• Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate flows and Power Pages solutions
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus and REST APIs
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git
• Troubleshoot, run root cause analysis and provide production support
• Take part in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives
• Write technical design documentation and contribute to solution design discussions
• Lead level: lead technical design, review code and mentor developers

What you bring

• 5+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development experience (8+ years for Lead level)
• C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Dataverse, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) and Power Automate
• REST APIs / Web API
• Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
• Azure DevOps and Git
• SQL Server and FetchXML
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams on enterprise CRM implementations and support engagements
