Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns that promote Patdisco Limited’s social finance services and educational programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, overseeing lead generation initiatives, and monitoring performance using web analytics tools. The role also involves creating and refining content with the team, managing online advertising budgets, and working closely with internal stakeholders to align digital activities with overall business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kingston Upon Hull, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and partners to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow audiences across key platforms.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills to design and optimize funnels that convert prospects into active users.
  • Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to measure performance, generate insights, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or professional certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Experience working with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and CRM tools, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in financial services, social impact organizations, or consumer education, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, will be considered an asset.
