Our client is a growing UK business looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation and digital marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine SEO, email marketing, website optimisation and content creation to drive a consistent flow of qualified leads and deliver measurable business growth.

There is also the opportunity to participate within the wider business; for example, improving internal communications, input to the new eCommerce website and working with the Management Team to bring ideas, strategy and influence the success of the overall business.

The Role

Drive digital lead generation campaigns across key target markets

Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns

Improve SEO performance, organic traffic and online visibility

Enhance website performance, conversions and user journeys

Create engaging content including blogs, case studies and service pages

Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI

Manage CRM data, lead nurturing and marketing automation

Work closely with sales and leadership teams to maximise conversions

About You

2+ years' experience in digital marketing, lead generation or B2B marketing

Strong email marketing and campaign management experience

Good understanding of SEO and content marketing

Experience with HUBSPOT , website analytics and reporting

WordPress or CMS experience

Excellent copywriting and communication skills desirable

Commercially focused with a data-driven approach

Desirable

Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads experience

Marketing automation experience

Experience within B2B services, compliance, facilities management or engineering
