Digital Marketing Assistant (Content Planning + Post-production + Operations)

We are seeking an experienced media operator who knows Chinese students in the UK to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing media strategies, managing relationships with external media partners, and overseeing the development of content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the media landscape, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. The media manager also needs to stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure our media strategies remain competitive.

Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Editing
• Research trending topics and user pain points in overseas education.
• Plan and design themed content series.
• Draft and edit short video scripts, ensuring content is professional, clear, engaging, and creative.
• Video Production & Post-production
• Independently complete video shooting, editing, subtitling, voice-over, and cover design.
• Ensure consistent quality and brand style across all visual content.
• New Media Operations
• Manage content distribution across platforms such as Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Bilibili, WeChat Official Accounts, etc.
• Track and analyze engagement data, monitor user interactions, and implement content optimization strategies.
• Regularly analyze metrics (views, conversions, retention, etc.) and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• Content Ability: Previous experience in content planning for education or academia-related fields. Strong topic selection, creative planning, and scriptwriting skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in editing software such as PR/AE (or similar), capable of independently completing video production.
• Operational Insight: Familiar with multi-platform content operation and audience engagement, with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Personal Competencies: Strong execution skills, fast learner, good aesthetic sense, able to independently manage the entire workflow from planning to delivery.
