Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at brighthush, you’ll be the backbone of our data pipeline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across multiple platforms. Upload and verify landing page and website lead data onto the Marketing Sheet. Conduct comprehensive web searches to locate and validate lead and company contact information.

Perform regular data updates for leads missing or lacking current contact details. Execute daily and weekly ERP data updates, ensuring reports are accurate and up‑to‑date. Read and categorize raw ServiceConnect responses and website messages on demand.

Assist in initial ServiceConnect response categorization to streamline follow‑up workflows. Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to refine data collection processes. Maintain data integrity by conducting periodic audits and flagging inconsistencies.

Document procedures and best practices to support knowledge sharing across the team. Essential

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring both skill and passion to the table. The following

qualifications

are essential High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Basic understanding of web research tools and techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
