• Maintain organized records and data using

Requirements

• Excellent

English communication skills

Customer Support or E-commerce

• (Shopify, Gorgias experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Fast learner, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Proficient in Shopify, Gorgias, Microsoft Teams, MS Excel, and M365 Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
