This Role

Our Customer Experience team is seeking a reputed company Customer Experience (reputed company. This will be a remote reputed company role residing reputed company a commutable distance to our Grand Rapids or Detroit, Michigan, our Vacaville, CA or our Laval, CN offices.

What You Will Do

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls, handling customer requests, quoting and working on other reputed company customer service activities. This position will support multiple lines of our business &reputed company; retail, residential and reputed company.

How You Will Do It

• Manage orders, including checking status, expediting and tracking shipments, serving as reputed company to other departments processing orders.
• Respond to customer requests, questions, and complaints. Escalate customer complaints to supervisor as needed.

• Remain up to date on various marketing promotions, price changes, new products and delivery reputed company.
