London Fields Design School and London Software Training are inviting a small group of motivated, creative individuals to join our studio-based Creative Development Programme.

This unique studio-based, three-day-a-week programme combines professional learning with hands-on experience inside a growing creative education business. Over nine months, you'll learn by contributing to real projects while developing practical skills across design, marketing, content creation, business development and studio operations.

Working alongside our team, lecturers and students, you'll gain valuable experience in a collaborative creative environment while building the confidence, commercial awareness and practical skills needed for a successful career in the creative industries.

One of the unique benefits of the Creative Development Programme is the opportunity to enrol on one of London Fields Design School's Designer Development Programmes.

If you choose to study alongside your studio experience, you'll continue to have access to your chosen course and mentoring for up to two years after successfully completing the nine-month programme. This gives you the time, support and flexibility to develop specialist skills, build a professional portfolio and prepare for a long-term career in the creative industries.

London Software Training is the parent company of London Fields Design School, an independent creative education business delivering hands-on learning in a collaborative, professional environment.

Together, we provide industry-focused training, creative education and practical experience designed to help aspiring creatives build successful careers.

Our clients and collaborators have included the V&A, National Theatre, Universal Music, Brompton Bicycle, Burberry and Soho House, and our growing creative community includes designers, educators, makers and industry professionals from a wide range of creative disciplines.

Programme Details

Duration: Nine months

Commitment: Three days per week

Location: Studio-based at London Fields Design School, East London

Financial support: A monthly financial contribution is provided throughout the programme

Optional study: Participants may enrol on one of London Fields Design School's Designer Development Programmes

Extended learning: Those who choose to study will continue to have access to their chosen course and mentoring for up to two years after successfully completing the programme
