WE’RE HIRING | CREATIVE CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
📍 Chippenham – predominantly office/studio based
💰 £35,000–£45,000 depending on experience
🎥 Videography | Editing | Storytelling | Social Strategy
✨ 1.8 million+ social media audience
I’m looking for someone to help me build the next chapter of The Legal Queen.
This isn't a traditional Social Media Manager role.
I'm looking for someone highly creative who can work closely alongside me to turn ideas, conversations and legal topics into content that people actually want to watch.
Someone who understands storytelling.
Someone who can pick up a camera and make something look brilliant.
Someone who can edit quickly and instinctively understands hooks, pace, retention and what makes people stop scrolling.
And, importantly, someone who gets excited about helping to build a brand — rather than simply managing its social media accounts.
WHAT WE'VE ALREADY BUILT
The Legal Queen has grown to a community of more than 1.8 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Our content reaches millions of people, generates clients for our family law firm and has enabled us to start building something much bigger than social media alone.
We've created online family law courses and digital products, and we're now looking at developing more courses, longer-form content and a future membership platform.
That's where you come in.
I want someone who can work alongside me to take what we've already created and make it bigger, better and more creative.
You'll take a hands-on role in the creative production and development of content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, including:
You'll also come with me on TV and radio appearances, media assignments, campaigns, events and brand collaborations, capturing the behind-the-scenes moments that our audience doesn't normally get to see.
I want someone who recognises that sometimes the best piece of content isn't planned — it's the conversation in the car on the way to a TV studio, what happens behind the scenes before going live, or the moment nobody else thought to film.
You'll need to be willing and able to travel when opportunities arise.
THIS IS A HANDS-ON CREATIVE ROLE
I'm not looking for somebody whose experience is predominantly scheduling posts, writing captions or managing a content calendar.
You need to be able to film. You need to be able to edit. And you need to know how to tell a story.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
You'll probably be the sort of person who watches a piece of content and immediately starts thinking about how you could have made it better.
You understand that sometimes the difference between 20,000 views and 2 million views is the opening sentence, the edit, the framing or simply the way the story is told.
You'll be creative, curious and full of ideas — but equally happy to roll your sleeves up and actually make them happen.
You'll also need to be comfortable working very closely with me.
We'll be developing ideas together, filming, travelling to media appearances and campaigns, experimenting, reviewing performance and constantly asking:
What could we do next?
So creative chemistry, communication and enthusiasm are hugely important.
LOCATION IS IMPORTANT
This position is based in Chippenham and will be predominantly office/studio based.
Because of the amount of filming and collaborative work involved, I'm specifically looking for somebody who is local to the area and genuinely happy working alongside me in the studio for the majority of the working week.
There will also be occasions when you'll travel with me for TV, radio, campaigns, collaborations and other media opportunities, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are important.
This is not a predominantly remote social media position.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You're not joining us to build an audience from zero.
There are already 1.8 million+ people watching.
You're joining at the point where we want to take that audience and build the next stage of The Legal Queen around it.
For the right creative person, there is enormous opportunity to make this role their own.
If you're a videographer, editor, storyteller and content creator rolled into one, you're local to Chippenham, you're happy to travel when the opportunity arises, and the thought of helping build the next stage of The Legal Queen genuinely excites you, I'd love to hear from you.
Please apply with your CV and examples of content you have personally filmed and edited to tracey@moloneyfamilylaw.com
If you joined us, what would you do next with The Legal Queen brand?
