Consumer Products Marketing Specialist – Entertainment Brand

12-month contract | London | £380–£420 PAYE per day | Start ASAP

Fancy bringing some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands to life through retail and consumer products?

We’re looking for an experienced retail marketer to join a global entertainment brand, working with major UK retailers and licensees to turn popular entertainment IP into standout campaigns, product launches and in-store activations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows retail marketing inside out. You’ll shape the campaign approach, work with retail partners and licensees, brief agencies and creative teams, and take campaigns right through to delivery.

You’ll be working across

• Retail campaigns, product launches and in-store activations
• Social, digital, influencer, PR, OOH and experiential
• Retailer and licensee partnerships
• Creative briefing, asset approvals, agencies and production
• Multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines

What we’re looking for

You’ll have around 8–12 years’ relevant marketing experience, with a strong track record in retail or trade marketing and a background in entertainment IP, licensing or consumer products.

You might have worked for an entertainment business, a licensed-product brand, a retailer, a toy or collectibles business, or an agency specialising in consumer and retail campaigns.

What matters is that you’ve personally delivered campaigns that bring brands and products to life at retail. You understand how to work with licensees and retail partners, navigate brand guidelines and approvals, and get everything from creative assets to in-store execution over the line.

You’ll be commercially minded, creative and highly organised, with the confidence to work across teams and the willingness to get into the detail. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to stay at strategy level. There are some genuinely exciting retail activations coming up, along with occasional international travel.
