- * We are looking for a visionary, hands-on CTO Co-Founder to take ownership of the technical journey and help build Validisory into a successful, scalable business.**
Your Mission
As CTO and Co-Founder, you will lead the transition from MVP to a fully production-ready platform.
You will work closely with the founder to strengthen the technology, optimize scalability, improve the product experience, and prepare the platform for commercial launch.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong execution capabilities.
Beyond leading development, you will actively contribute to product strategy, technical decision-making, and shaping the long-term direction of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and long-term product architecture.
- Take hands-on responsibility for software development, technical implementation, and deployment.
- Transform the current MVP into a scalable, production-grade platform.
- Collaborate closely with the founder on product strategy, technical brainstorming, implementation decisions, and development priorities.
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and security.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop and integrate advanced AI-powered validation capabilities.
- Establish development workflows, engineering standards, and a technical roadmap.
- Ensure consistent progress, clear communication, and accountability toward agreed development milestones.
- Build and lead the future engineering team as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering experience, with a proven ability to independently build, launch, and scale SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, security, LLMs, and modern development practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical risks, evaluate alternatives, and make informed decisions.
- Product-minded technical leader with strong commercial awareness and the ability to align technology decisions with business objectives and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to brainstorming, technical discussions, and working with founders, engineers, investors, and customers.
- Ability to research and evaluate emerging technologies, market trends, and innovative solutions that create competitive advantages.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine ownership, accountability, resilience, and commitment to execution.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, early-stage environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Comfortable taking on co-founder responsibilities, contributing to business strategy, fundraising, and long-term company development.
- Passion for startups, innovation, and building technology-driven businesses.
Bonus Points
- Previous experience as a CTO or Technical Co-Founder.
- Experience taking SaaS products from MVP to production and commercial launch.
- Experience with AI-native or AI-powered products, LLM integrations, and designing intelligent workflows.
- Strong AI prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLM orchestration experience.
- Experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS.
