Role Description The Business Development Representative (Commission Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chadderton. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting inside sales outreach, and managing lead generation activities through calls, emails, and networking. The representative will build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, present Savasaachi’s marketing services, and follow up on leads to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, updating CRM records, and meeting defined sales and performance targets. Compensation for this role is commission-based, tied directly to closed business and revenue generated.

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct effective outreach, deliver clear presentations, and maintain professional client interactions.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and close deals in a commission-only environment.
• Candidates should possess Business Development skills to build a pipeline, develop strategic relationships, and support long-term client growth.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or agency/marketing services is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working to targets, with strong self-motivation and resilience in a performance-driven setting.
• Ability to work on-site in Chadderton and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
