Assistant Site Manager - Rusper, West Sussex

Housebuilder - Start date 14th August

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to provide cover on a residential development in Rusper, West Sussex, working with a wekk established medium sized developer.

The role will include

Coordinating the trades and subcontractors on site

Monitoring build progress and quality

Carrying out snagging and assisting with plots through to completion

Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed

Helping keep the developemnt running to programme

We are looking for someone with

Previosu experience with residential housebuilding

Good knwoledge of traditional build housing

SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
