Applications Developer (Web & Mobile)

We're working with a well-established UK organisation that's investing heavily in its digital platforms and looking for a Digital Application Developer to join the team.
You'll help build and improve customer-facing web and mobile applications, working across the full development lifecycle alongside Product, Design, Data and Engineering teams.
What you'll be doing
- Building and enhancing web and mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Developing APIs and integrations with business systems
- Creating secure, scalable, user-friendly digital solutions
- Supporting CI/CD, testing, monitoring and performance improvements
- Working in Agile teams to deliver new features and enhancements
- Exploring opportunities to leverage AI and automation
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial experience in software development
- Hands-on with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin
- Experience building and consuming APIs
- Knowledge of secure development practices and modern architecture
- Familiar with CI/CD, testing and Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or other regulated sectors
- React Native, Flutter or Azure exposure
- Mobile authentication, biometrics or digital identity experience
- Interest in AI-enabled products and emerging technologies
