Must Have

• 15+ years of software development experience
• Strong Python production development
• AWS CDK & Infrastructure-as-Code
• AWS Lambda & Step Functions
• DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch & CloudTrail
• REST API design and development
• CI/CD pipeline development and management
• Docker, Git/GitLab
• Terraform experience
• Unit & integration testing
• Code reviews, remediation & technical documentation
• Agile / SDLC experience
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and solution design

Nice To Have

• Angular / React / TypeScript
• AWS SNS/SQS, Athena, Glue & Load Balancers
• Claude Code / AI-assisted development
• Experience using AI tools for code review, debugging, documentation and test development
