No award, start date, hours or assignment is promised. Work location, schedule, scope and terms depend on future authorized orders; nationwide and US-territory coverage is sought. ADR / WORKPLACE TRAINING FACILITATOR AND CONFLICT COACH

PWS 5.4 and 5.1: develop and facilitate customized ADR, workplace civility, leadership, advocacy, group facilitation, team and conflict-management learning; provide bounded conflict coaching where ordered. Document curriculum authorship, facilitation methods, federal/workplace examples and evaluation evidence. Distinct from the existing case-mediation posting. Trainers, facilitators and specialist training firms welcome.
